The status page provides real-time updates on the operational status of each system in the platform. Information about service incidents, outages, or maintenance activities can be found on this page, including the expected resolution time and any workarounds that may be available. We are committed to keeping you informed about any issues affecting the health of our infrastructure.
Incident Tracker
When incidents occur, they're prominently displayed at the top of the status page. The incident tracker contains information about downtime recorded over the past 90 days. You can also view historical uptime.
When an incident occurs, hovering over its bar in the timeline will reveal information about the incident, such as the nature of the outage, its length, and the date on which it occurred.
Moreover, the tooltip that appears will include a link to an incident report whenever one is available.
Incident Report & Notification Updates
Seismic Learning generates a blow-by-blow report for each incident that occurs, enabling you to track resolution progress in real time.
You can also subscribe to incident updates in order to receive email, text message, or
Slack notifications whenever Learning creates, updates or resolves an incident.
