As a complement to the Ask the Expert functionality, micro-feedback is the ability to highlight a specific text in a lesson and send a question or statement to a designated subject matter expert.

Important Note: An Expert has to be designated on the lesson overview page in order for this feature to work. Check out this article here on how to set a user as an Expert. 

After selecting "Send Feedback," Lessonly auto-populates the selected text into the Ask the Expert modal so users can submit feedback or questions regarding the specific text.

Once sent an email notifies the Expert of the selected text and feedback/

Important Note

Micro-Feedback does not work on mobile devices.
