What Is the Event Attendance Report?
The Event Attendance Report is a .csv file that lists all users who attended an event during the last 90 days. This report can be found on the More Reports tab on the Insights page.
Admins and users with event permissions can generate event attendance reports, which include the following information:
Event Start Time
Event Time Zone
Attendance Last Updated
Attendee Custom Groups
Attendee Smart Groups
Customizing the Events Attendance Report
The report can be customized by applying either filter at the top of the page. You can filter by group or by a specified date range. By default, event information is included from the last 90 days.
💡 Tip: Filter by Date can be future-dated in order to pull a list of registrants for events that have yet to happen.
