How to Set Events to be Viewable by Groups on Learn

Allow specific groups the ability to view events pertaining to their training.

Setting Events to be Viewable

Admins, managers, and custom roles with event permissions can set an event to be discoverable by specifying which group they would like the event to be available for on the event overview page.

When specifying a group, this allows all users of the specified group to be able to view and RSVP to the event.

Learner Point of View

Learners with events available can view them in "My Training Events" on Learn.

After selecting "My Training Events," users are taken to their events dashboard where they can view:

  • Upcoming events,

  • Past events,

  • And any open upcoming events to RSVP.
    ​
