The MaestroQA <> Lessonly integration brings quality assurance (QA) & training together to create one continuous cycle of helping agents improve their skillset.
When providing QA feedback in MaestroQA, the grader can easily assign Lessonly content directly to teams or individuals based off the content being reviewed.
Assignments made from MaestroQA can contain due dates & the user can track assignment completions.
