What is MaestroQA?
MaestroQA is customer service quality assurance software that allows customer service managers and trainers to “grade” agents’ work against a customized QA scorecard across multiple channels.
What does the integration do?
The MaestroQA + Seismic Learning integration brings quality assurance (QA) and training together to create one continuous cycle of helping agents improve their skillset.
When providing QA feedback in MaestroQA, the grader can easily assign Seismic Learning content directly to teams or individuals based on the content being reviewed.
Assignments made from MaestroQA can contain due dates and the user can track assignment completions.
