Allow Users to Upload Documents as Answers

Admins and users with content creation permissions can include a quiz question, allowing the user to upload a document as their response.

First, navigate to the lesson builder, then select Add Element. Mouse over Question, then select Upload Response.

Accepted formats include:

.pdf

.ppt

.pptx

.xls

.xlsx

.doc

.docx

.odt

.odp

.ods

.txt

.rtf

.jpg

.png

.img

💡 Important Note: uploaded files can be no larger than 50 MB. If you expect learner responses to be larger than this, you'll need to split the file across two or more Upload Response elements.

Learner Point of View

Users can create a document outside of Learning––in Word or PowerPoint, for example––and upload it as their answer.
