What Is a Skills Evaluator?
By default, managers are responsible for evaluating skill-level attainment. This responsibility can be delegated to others, however, by naming them as evaluators. Evaluators can complete skill assessments for any member in the groups they manage.
Appoint an Evaluator
To add an evaluator to a group, select the ellipsis icon in the upper right corner, and then select Team Settings.
From Team Settings, select the Settings tab.
Click into the Search people field and enter the name of the user you want to make an evaluator. You can add one or several evaluators. To remove an evaluator, select the X alongside his or her name.
Select Save Changes.
