Select the ellipsis icon in the upper right corner, and then select Skills Library.

In the Skills Library, you can see pre-built skills, the categories to which they belong, and any role templates or teams with which they are associated.

Select a skill to open its edit page. You can change a skill's name and description, and any categories to which it belongs. You can also remove skills from any teams with which they are associated.

Optionally, add related content to the skill, or remove content that's already been attached. You can also attach performance metrics.

Finally, select Save Changes in the upper right corner of the library.

In the Skills Library, selecting Create New > Create New Skill.

Define the new skill by entering a name, description, and any categories to which the skill belongs.
