Skills Admin

Is a user who is able to view all Skills data and user information.

Admins are able to:

  • Create Skill Groups

  • Edit Skill Groups

  • Create and Edit all skills

  • Create and Edit all performance metrics

  • View all data and scoring for any skills group and its users

  • Complete skill assessments for any user in a skills group

  • Request skill assessments for any user in a skills group

  • Create a coaching plan for any user in a skills group


Skills Manager

Users in the manager role need to be set as a manager for a specific group in the core Lessonly application to view their assigned groups in Skills.

Managers are able to:

  • View all data and scoring for the skills group(s) they manage and its users.

  • Complete skill assessments for any user for the skills group(s) they manage and its users.

  • Request skill assessments for any user for the skills group(s) they manage and its users.

  • Create a coaching plan for any user for the skills group(s) they manage and its users.


Skills Evaluator

Evaluators are able to:

  • Complete skill assessments for any user for the skills group(s) they manage and its users.

  • Request skill assessments for any user for the skills group(s) they manage and its users.


Skills Group Member

This is any user who is a part of a group with skills attached.

Skill group members are able to:

  • Complete a Skillset Self-Reflection if one is requested of them.

  • View past assessments about themselves if it has been shared with them.

  • Complete actions within a coaching plan.
