We learned that upload question elements, ones intended to be graded, weren't displaying "Graded" indicators. Accordingly, some learners were skipping mandatory upload questions only to find that they couldn't complete lessons that included these activities.

Now, when such questions are set to be graded, the learner-facing element shows the "Graded" chip, instructing learners to complete it.
