Events Experience Enhancements (GA)
With this release, customers can download an event’s attendance report in CSV format. Select Download Report from the settings on the event overview page.
Additionally, we’ve improved attendance tracking for non-Zoom events and enhanced the event confirmation and calendar functionalities.
Event reminders: Learners receive ICS files after registering for an event. Those files now contain a default reminder value. This means learners now receive reminders for the events they plan to attend.
Attendance floor: If event invitees select a join link more than 15 minutes before the start of an event, their attendance status won't be updated. If invitees select a join link within a 15-minute window before the event, or after the event begins, they'll be marked as having attended.
