Gauge learner performance by viewing eLearning (aka SCORM) analytics at the level of individual questions rather than at the course level

This feature allows trainers to narrowly gauge learner performance by displaying eLearning (aka SCORM) analytics at the level of individual questions. Learners can easily see which questions they answered correctly or not in order to improve developing knowledge areas.

eLearning data on the report card

Report cards show the eLearning lessons that learners have completed. Select the chevron next to each lesson title to reveal the results of that lesson. Results include question prompts, given answers, and correct answers. Green check marks and red X symbols make it easy to see which questions learners answered correctly or not.

Admins and managers can also see these results.

eLearning data in the performance report

Admins and managers can download a performance report from the lesson overview page that contains learner responses organized by group and question. This report is essentially an export of eLearning report cards; and like those cards, the report includes question prompts, given answers, and correct answers.

Non-admin users can only see learning data from the people or groups they manage, but admins can see eLearning data from all Seismic Learning users.

Note: If the SCORM file has no interaction data there won't be a report to download. This is due to a setting in the SCORM file configurations.

Troubleshooting

To get the most out of eLearning analytics reporting, we recommend using SCORM 2004, xAPI, or cmi5. These specifications send robust learner data such as given answers and correct answers. Other eLearning specifications, such as SCORM 1.2, collect fewer data points.
