Every month we publish a new edition of release notes to introduce new features entering the various stages of our feature life cycle.

  • General availability: Rolled out for all users. Ready for all customer production use.

  • Early access: Rolled out for users who opt in or take an action. Product documentation often limited.

  • Pilot: Rolled out to a limited set of closely monitored users. Product documentation typically not available.

  • End of Life: No longer available or supported.

Here are the latest features!

Skills 2.0 (Pilot)

We’re proud to announce the relaunch of Skills, a coaching and development solution for Seismic Learning. Skills makes it easy for trainers to assess learner comprehension, and leverage these insights to address knowledge gaps. This pilot release allows admins to take the following actions:

  • Create a skills profile, a framework of competencies that trainers want learners to develop.

  • Tag training content in Seismic Learning with skills from the Skills library.

  • Define and customize the rating scale by which learner proficiency is measured.

  • Create skill assessments to measure seller performance.

Admins can assign assessments to learners, managers, or other reviewers. This release also includes a refreshed UI for the Skills library and unique landing pages for all user types in the platform.

User sync integrations (Pilot)

This release allows the automatic provision of users from three external systems: Okta, Bamboo, and Namely. Seismic Content and Learning users can be created, updated, and deactivated based on changes in the source system.

Program analytics: Lessons and paths (EA)

With this enhancement, users can view analytics from lessons and paths that are part of a Program. This allows users to understand completion rates for lessons and paths, analyze who has yet to complete their training, and identify the correlation between completion rates and behavior changes or business outcomes.
