On the People tab, select the user whose password you want to reset. From the user's overview page, select Reset Password, then select Resend Welcome Email.

Users will receive an email that prompts them to set a new password.

Alternatively, you can create a user's password. From the learner's overview page, select Reset Password, then select Create Password. 

Passwords must be at least 10 characters long, 5 of which must be unique, and they cannot incorporate aspects of the user's name or email address.
