Here's a helpful resource to get started with tenant notifications on LetHub. Keep your current tenants in the loop as you schedule tours for their unit to minimize vacant days.

Head over to the 'Settings' page to set it up. Scroll down till you reach 'Notifications'.

Tick the checkboxes for email and SMS next to 'Update Tenant about booking'. You can even opt for one mode of communication.

Next, go to 'On-Market Units' and make sure the occupied units are updated with the current tenant's details.

That's it! Now for each unit set up in this way, current tenants will automatically be notified every time a showing is booked, canceled, or rescheduled. Your tenants will even receive a reminder for each showing 2 hours prior so they can make sure they are prepared.

You can keep track of notifications sent through the Tenant Notifications Log. To access it, click on any showing in your calendar.

Find 'View Tenant Notification Logs' on the pop-up.

Once on the page, you will be able to see all the notifications (email and text) sent for that showing. You can even track the delivery status!

Tenant notification logs are also available via your Google or Outlook calendar, in the notes for each showing.
