A user who invites a new participant to a project can give them access to the folders of their choice so that they will be able to consult them.
Note: By default, a new project participant does not have visibility access to the project’s documents.
Giving a Participant Access to Documents
1. Access your project and click on the Participants section in the navigation menu while viewing the entire project level:
2. To manage the participants list, click on the suitcase icon in the top-right corner:
3. Click on the "Folders visibility" tab (A), then click on the pencil icon to edit the visibility of the folders from the documents section (B):
4. To make a folder visible for a participant, click on the checkbox next to the folder and under the name of the participant. The folder is visible when it has a green checkmark. Click on the floppy disk icon to save the changes:
