Recover my LetsVPN account

If your account was hacked or your device was accidentally removed, please follow the instructions to recover your account.

In order to recover your  LetsVPN account, please email all the following information to letsvpn@rbox.me :

  • Username of the lost account

  • Current LetsVPN ID

  • The screenshot of your recent purchase record (larger amount preferred)

Please note that the screenshot of your recent purchase record is required to be the detail page of your payment. If you don’t know how to get it, please read <How to find my purchase history>.

We strongly recommend that you don’t share your account information with others. If there is no remaining time in the lost account or you didn’t make any purchase, it’s easier to register a new account.

Please note that we can only help you recover the same account once. If there is any problem related to account registration or remaining time, please read <How to recover my remaining time when ID changes>.

Account Recovery Rules

If there is a dispute happened in the process of retrieving your account, LetsVPN will decide the ownership according to the following rules:

  1. The user who provides the largest amount of payment details

  2. If the amount is the same, the user who has the most recent purchase record owns the account.

  3. After the account is recovered, nothing will be changed or affected. 

Again, we strongly recommend that you don’t share any account information with strangers.
