It may have been declined due to your PIN being blocked.

If you have forgotten your PIN or need to unblock it, feel free to change it in the app.

You can do this by:

  • Going to the Account tab

  • Tap Change PIN

  • Enter your new PIN and confirm

  • Go to your closest ATM, enter your new PIN, check your balance, remove card

  • The PIN is now set on the card and ready to use 🕺
