Using the Lenders Marketplace

Written by Roman Hartmann

The Lenders page lets you browse, search, and review lenders available in Levr’s marketplace. You can explore lender details, filter results, and request new lenders to be added if they’re not currently available.

What you can do on the Lenders page

From this page, you can:

  • Search for lenders by name, location, or industry

  • Filter lenders based on partnership status, submission type, or tags

  • View high-level lender details at a glance

  • Open a lender profile to see eligibility, requirements, and financing details

  • Request to add a lender that isn’t listed

Browse and search for lenders

Use the search bar at the top of the page to quickly find a lender by name or keyword.

If no results are found, Levr will prompt you to request adding that lender to the marketplace.

Filter lenders

Click Filters to narrow down the list based on what you’re looking for, such as:

  • Partnership status (for example, Active Partner)

  • Submission type

  • Tags or specialties

Filters help you quickly find lenders that best match your client’s needs.

View lender details

Click on any lender card to open their profile.

Inside a lender profile, you can review:

  • Loan amount ranges

  • Fees and terms

  • Approval timelines

  • Available financing types

  • Information required to apply

This information helps you decide whether a lender is a good fit before creating a deal.

Create a deal from a lender profile

If a lender looks like a good match, click Create deal directly from the lender profile.

This takes you into the deal creation flow with that lender pre-selected.

Request to add a lender

If you don’t see a lender you work with:

  1. Click Request to add a lender.

  2. Enter the lender’s name and any relevant details or contacts.

  3. Submit the request.

The Levr team will review your request and notify you if the lender is added to the marketplace.

Good to know

  • Marketplace lenders may be integrated or non-integrated, depending on how submissions are handled.

  • You can still work with your own lenders even if they’re not listed, by adding them during deal creation.

  • Lender details are continuously updated as partnerships evolve.
