Ask AI

Ask questions about your deals, lenders and pipeline and get answers pulled from your own data.

Written by Kaylan Pepin

Ask AI is your built-in assistant. Ask questions about your deals, your clients, your lenders, and your pipeline, and get answers pulled directly from your data. Instead of digging through lender profiles, deal records, or commission structures by hand, you type a question and get a data-backed response.

Whether you are prepping for a client call, working out which lender fits a specific deal, or checking the status of something in your pipeline, Ask AI gives you the answer without leaving your dashboard.

Walkthrough

Click through the walkthrough above to see a question go in, an answer come back, and a follow-up that keeps the context. Then follow the detail below.

What you can ask about

Ask AI draws from your actual data inside the platform. Here are the main categories of questions it can handle.

Lender criteria and product details

Ask about specific lender requirements, what products they offer, what industries they serve, minimum and maximum loan amounts, collateral requirements, credit score thresholds, and more. This is useful when you are matching a client to the right lender without reviewing every lender profile by hand.

Example questions:

  • "Which lenders fund deals under $200K with low collateral?"

  • "What are the requirements for [Lender Name]?"

  • "Which lenders work with restaurants?"

  • "What's the minimum credit score for [Lender Name]'s term loan?"

  • "Which lenders offer equipment financing?"

Deal status and pipeline

Check in on where your deals stand. Ask about specific client deals, what stage they are in, what has been submitted, what is pending, and what needs your attention.

Example questions:

  • "What's the status of my deal with [Client Name]?"

  • "How many deals do I have in progress right now?"

  • "Which deals are waiting on documents?"

  • "What's been submitted this month?"

Commission estimates

Get quick estimates on potential commission for deals in your pipeline, based on the commission terms recorded for the lender. Useful for forecasting and for deciding which deals to focus on.

Example questions:

  • "What's my estimated commission on the [Client Name] deal?"

  • "What are my highest-value deals right now?"

Lender talking points and call prep

One of the best use cases: prepping for client calls in seconds. Ask AI to break down a lender's product, terms, and key talking points so you can walk into a call informed.

Example questions:

  • "Give me a breakdown of [Lender Name]'s products and terms."

  • "What should I tell my client about [Lender Name]'s line of credit?"

  • "What are the pros and cons of [Lender Name] vs [Lender Name] for a $150K term loan?"

  • "Help me prep for a call about equipment financing options."

General process and platform questions

If you are unsure how something works on the platform, you can ask that too.

Example questions:

  • "How do I submit a deal to multiple lenders?"

  • "How does the matching process work?"

  • "What happens after I submit an application?"

How to use Ask AI

Step 1: Open your dashboard

Log into your portal. Ask AI is available directly from your home and deals page. You will see the chat input at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: Type your question

Click into the text input area and type your question in plain language. There are no special commands or syntax. Questions can be about lender criteria, deal status, commission estimates, process questions, or anything else related to your work on the platform.

Tip: Be specific when you can. "Which lenders fund low-collateral deals under $200K?" gives you a more targeted answer than "Tell me about lenders."

Step 3: Send your question

Click the send arrow to submit. The AI will process it and return an answer pulled from your real data: your deals, your lenders, your pipeline.

Step 4: Ask follow-up questions

The AI keeps the conversation. You do not need to repeat context, just ask follow-up questions to dig deeper. If the first answer gives you a list of lenders, you can follow up with "Tell me more about the second one" or "Which of those has the fastest turnaround?" and the AI will understand what you are referring to.

Step 5: Use the answers

Answers are pulled from the data inside your account. Use them to prep for calls, compare lender options, or check deal progress without navigating through several screens. Review anything you are about to put in front of a client.

Tips for getting the best answers

  • Use it for call prep. Before you get on the phone with a client, ask the AI to summarise a lender's terms or your client's deal status.

  • Try comparison questions. Asking the AI to compare two lenders side by side is a fast way to help your client understand their options.

  • Natural language works. Type your question the way you would ask a colleague.

Common questions

Q: Where do I find Ask AI? A: On your main dashboard, the home and deals page inside your portal. You will see the chat input area at the bottom of the screen.

Q: Is the data it gives me accurate? A: The AI is accurate on what it can read. Every answer is drawn from the data in your account, your actual deals, lender profiles, and pipeline, rather than the open internet. It can still miss something or misread a document, so review any answer before you present it to a client. Lender terms change.

Q: Can I ask multiple questions in a row? A: Yes. The AI keeps the conversation context, so you can ask follow-up questions without repeating yourself. It is built for back-and-forth.

Q: What if it doesn't know the answer? A: If the AI does not have enough data to answer, it will tell you. That can mean the information is not in the platform yet, or the question is outside what it can pull from. In those cases, message us in the chat or email contact@levr.ai.

Q: Can my clients use Ask AI? A: Ask AI is available inside the broker and lender portal. It is built for brokers and lender partners managing their deals and pipeline.

Q: Can I ask it to help me prep for a specific client call? A: Yes. This is one of the best use cases. Ask something like "Break down [Lender Name]'s product and terms for me" or "Give me talking points for a $200K equipment financing deal".
