Video Walkthrough

Watch the full walkthrough to see how quick and easy brand setup is in Levr.

Step 1: Go to Settings

From your Levr dashboard, head to Settings.

Step 2: Open the Branding Tab

Inside Settings, click the Branding tab. This is where you control how your client portal looks to clients.

Step 3: Upload Your Logo

Upload your business logo. This will appear in your client portal so clients immediately recognize who they're working with.

Step 4: Choose Your Brand Color

Pick your signature brand color to apply across the portal. This gives your client-facing experience a polished, consistent look that reflects your business.

Step 5: Save

Click Save to lock in your logo and color. Your brand is live instantly — every client who opens their portal will see your updated branding right away.

Tips for Brand Setup

  • Use a high-resolution logo. A clear, sharp logo looks professional and renders well across different screen sizes.

  • Match your existing brand colors. Use the same hex code you use on your website or marketing materials to keep everything consistent.

  • Set this up before inviting your first client. Get your branding in place before clients enter the portal so their first impression is the right one.
