The Broker Role & Levr's Model
Q: Does Levr send me leads?
No. Levr is a deal management and lender matching platform, not a lead generation service. You bring your own clients and deals to the platform. Levr helps you manage those deals more efficiently, match them with the right lenders, and close them faster. For lead generation, you'll want a separate CRM like GoHighLevel alongside your own marketing and referral efforts.
Q: Can I white-label Levr for my brokerage?
Yes. The platform is co-branded with your logo, name, and colors front and center. Your clients see your brand, not ours. We sit in the background. If you want to go further, we can set up a custom domain so the experience feels entirely like your own platform from the moment your client clicks your link.
Q: I already have lender relationships. Do I have to use Levr's lender network?
Not at all. You can submit to lenders outside of Levr's marketplace using the external submission option. And if you have existing partnership agreements with any lenders who are already on the platform, those agreements are honored. Your negotiated rates stay in place. Levr adds to your toolkit without replacing what you already have.
Q: Is there a Broker plan and a Brokerage plan, and what do they cost?
Levr is free for brokers, so there are no paid tiers to compare. Whether you are a solo operator or a brokerage with dozens of brokers, you get full access at no cost: the AI agent, matchmaking, deal management, and commission collection. You can add your whole team for free with no per-seat charge. If you want bespoke setups like custom API integrations or white-labeling, those are optional one-time add-ons, so just reach out and we'll tailor something to your operation.
Platform Workflow
Q: What is the recommended first step when I get a new client?
Run matchmaking before you create a deal. This lets you check what lenders are likely to be a fit based on your client's profile before you invest time in filling out a full application. It also helps you set realistic expectations with your client upfront about what financing options are available to them, rather than raising hopes that don't pan out later.
Q: What is the difference between a Business and a Deal in Levr?
A Business is your client record. It holds their profile, contact info, documents, and history. A Deal is a specific loan application tied to a specific lender. One business can have multiple active deals at the same time, whether that is three lenders reviewing the same opportunity or two completely different financing products side by side. The Business tab is where you manage relationships. The Deals tab is where you track applications.
Q: Do I need to have the full application complete before I can do anything?
No. You can start working with a partial application. The platform will flag what is missing and still let you run a preliminary matchmaking to get a sense of lender fit. This is useful when you want to have an informed conversation with your client about what they still need to provide, rather than waiting until everything is 100% complete before making any progress.
Q: How should brokers and lenders communicate on deals?
Through the Levr portal whenever possible. Keeping communication inside the platform means every conversation, document request, and update is tracked in one place. When brokers and lenders take conversations to email or phone, that activity falls outside the system and creates gaps in the deal history. Using the portal keeps everything organized and auditable.
Q: Can my client be involved in the deal, or do I handle everything?
Both approaches work. You can invite your client into the deal so they have visibility, can upload documents, and can communicate through the portal. Or you can manage everything yourself on their behalf. Many brokers prefer a white-glove approach where the client is not involved beyond initial setup. The platform is flexible enough to support whatever style works best for your client relationships.
Q: What happens to a deal that has been sitting inactive for a while?
Deals under one month old stay active. Deals between one and three months old can be timed out. Deals older than three months are candidates for archiving. This keeps your pipeline clean and focused on what is actually moving. Training and onboarding deals are excluded from cleanup since those serve a different purpose.
Lenders & Matchmaking
Q: What types of financing does Levr's lender network cover?
The network spans SBA loans, term loans, lines of credit, revenue-based financing, equipment financing, invoice factoring, merchant cash advances, working capital products, and business-purpose real estate. Loan sizes range from as small as $5,000 for MCA and working capital products up to millions for SBA, equipment, and commercial real estate deals. The matchmaking system factors in loan amount when surfacing options.
Q: Does Levr cover Canadian deals as well as American ones?
Yes. Levr has lenders serving both the US and Canadian markets. When a business enters their address or incorporation details, the system automatically filters for lenders operating in that geography. You will never see a lender recommended for a client they cannot actually serve.
Q: What does it mean when a lender is marked as integrated?
An integrated lender has a direct system connection built between Levr and their backend. When you submit to an integrated lender, the application flows straight through with no additional paperwork, no portal logins on their end, and no manual handoff. It is the lowest-friction path from submission to review. Non-integrated lenders still receive a complete application, but may follow up with additional requests or clarifications before moving forward.
Q: Will my client's credit be pulled when they go through the Levr matchmaking process?
No. Levr does not trigger a credit pull at any stage of the platform process. If and when a credit pull happens, it is entirely up to the individual lender and occurs after submission as part of their own review process. The type of pull, hard or soft, depends on the lender's policies, not Levr's.
Q: My client has a cash flow problem but has not specifically asked about factoring. Should I still run matchmaking?
Yes, and the matchmaking algorithm is designed for exactly this. If a client flags general cash flow challenges, the system is built to surface factoring lenders as potential options even when the client has not specifically mentioned factoring. You do not need your client to know the product name for it to be a relevant match. Trust the matchmaking to surface the right options based on the underlying need.
Q: Does Levr handle personal mortgages or consumer lending?
No. Levr is focused on business lending only. On the real estate side specifically, the platform covers business-purpose financing, such as bridge loans, hard money, and asset-backed loans to business entities. Personal mortgages and consumer lending are outside the scope of what Levr supports.
Q: What if a lender on the platform is unresponsive or behaves poorly?
Levr actively curates the lender marketplace. If a lender is consistently unresponsive, communicates poorly, or creates a bad experience for brokers, they can be removed from the platform. The goal is to make sure every lender in the network meets a standard that is worth your time to submit to.
Access & Account
Q: Do I need to pay or subscribe to access lender matchmaking?
No. Levr is free for brokers, and lender matchmaking is included at no cost along with the rest of the platform. There is no subscription to buy and no paywall on matchmaking. Just keep your account active and you have full access.
Q: What happens to my client data if I stop using Levr?
Your data is yours. Levr is free for brokers, so there is no subscription to cancel, but if you ever decide to stop using the platform you can export your client information and deal history. Levr does not hold your data hostage. The goal is to earn your loyalty through value, not by making it painful to leave.
Q: Can I add team members to my account?
Yes, and it is free. Levr is free for brokers with no per-seat charge, so you can add your whole team at no cost. Each person gets their own login and role from a business profile's Manage access tab.
