I keep hearing 100+ lenders but only see about 50. Why the difference?

We currently have about 50 active lenders fully live on the platform, and we are adding three to five new ones every month with a goal of reaching 100 by the end of the year. So the 100 figure is where we are headed, not the count available today. On top of that, you will not always see all 50 at once: the system automatically filters out lenders that do not serve your client's geography or deal type, so a given deal only shows the lenders that can actually work it. If a lender looks missing, it is usually because they are filtered out for that deal, paused, or temporarily disabled rather than gone.
