Hitting 100 percent means the required questions are answered and the required documents are attached, which is why both matter. The upside is that your lender receives a fully completed application and does not have to chase you for missing information, which puts every deal in a stronger position from day one. To get there quickly, upload good documents, let the AI fill what it can, and use Accept All on the suggestions before finishing the remaining fields.
