No. You keep 100% of your commissions. Levr being free for brokers does not change that, because we never take a piece of your deals. When a deal funds, we can collect the commission from the lender on your behalf and pass it straight through to you, transparently, at no cost, or you can have the lender pay you directly if you already have that relationship. Either way, the full commission is yours.
