No. You keep 100% of your commissions. The platform being free for brokers does not change that, because we do not take a piece of your deals.
When a deal funds, we can collect the commission from the lender on your behalf and pass it through to you at no cost, or you can have the lender pay you directly if you already have that relationship. Either way, the full commission is yours.
On timing, since that is the real question behind this one: payouts are processed every Friday, and we aim to pay you the same week the lender pays us. Lender timelines vary, and that variance sits on the lender's side rather than ours.
