What loan types does your lender network cover?

The financing types the 50+ lender network covers today, and what sits outside it.

Written by Kaylan Pepin

The network is 50+ lenders live today, curated rather than a long directory. It is built around business lending. Here is what it covers today, what it does not, and where you should ask us before you promise anything to a client.

Financing types in the network

  • SBA loans, including 7(a), 504 and Express

  • Term loans and lines of credit

  • Equipment financing and leasing

  • Working capital

  • Merchant cash advance and revenue based financing

  • Invoice factoring and purchase order financing

  • Business purpose real estate, such as bridge loans, hard money, and asset backed lending to a business entity. Coverage here is thin today, so ask us first.

Loan sizes vary widely by lender. Each lender profile lists its range, and matchmaking takes the loan amount into account, so you are mostly seeing lenders who can write a cheque that size.

There are lenders serving both the United States and Canada. Each lender profile lists the geography it operates in.

What the network does not cover

  • Personal mortgages and consumer lending. The platform is business lending only.

  • Property led deals. We carry a small amount of commercial real estate and real estate lending today. We are expanding here, but if the deal is primarily a property play, ask us first.

  • Businesses that are not yet operating. Lenders want a business that is already running and generating revenue.

If a lender you work with is not in the network, you can add your own lender and run a custom intake for them. That is a workaround rather than coverage, but it works.

The specific questions brokers ask us

Commercial real estate. We carry a small amount of commercial real estate and real estate lending today, including business purpose deals such as bridge, hard money and asset backed lending to a business entity. It is not our strongest area. Ask us before you commit to a client.

Multifamily. One multifamily lender is live today. For anything beyond that, request a lender or email us at contact@levr.ai.

Residential mortgages. Personal mortgages and consumer lending are outside the platform.

SBA. Yes. About three SBA lenders are live today with more coming, and you can add your own SBA lender if you already work with one.

Merchant cash advance. Yes, MCA and revenue based financing are well covered, and they are often the fastest funding path.

Hard money. Hard money sits under business purpose real estate, within the small amount of real estate lending we carry today.

Invoice factoring. Yes, along with purchase order financing. You do not need your client to use the word factoring. If they describe a cash flow problem, matchmaking is built to surface factoring lenders as an option.

Acquisition finance. Yes, these can be placed. It is not our strongest area and the process is intensive, so plan for that. You can also add your own SBA lender.

Deals without a personal guarantee. Some lenders will do this. It depends on the loan, the size, the credit and the offering. The deciding factor is what other security exists and how much weight it can carry. Ask us on a specific deal.

How to check for a specific deal

The fastest check is to run matchmaking before you build the full application. Enter the client's profile and see which lenders come back. If nothing matches, that tells you the answer for that deal, not for the whole network.

You can also open the Lenders page, filter by financing type, and read a lender profile for their loan ranges, terms and requirements. If a lender you work with is not listed, you can request that we add them.

We add lenders regularly, so coverage moves.
