Archiving and deleting are two different things, and most brokers who ask for a delete actually want an archive. Start here.

Archiving: hiding it without losing it
Archiving takes a deal out of your working pipeline but does not remove anything. The deal, all application data, and the documents stay in the system, so you can revisit that client later or start a fresh deal for them without re-entering their information.
Training and onboarding deals are excluded from pipeline cleanup, so your practice deals will not be swept up automatically.

Deleting: removing it for good
Deletion is permanent and it is handled differently from archiving. If you need something genuinely removed, message us through the chat or email contact@levr.ai and tell us exactly what to remove: the business name, the deal, or both. We will confirm before anything is deleted, because it cannot be undone.
One thing to know about a deal you have already submitted. Deleting it on your side does not pull it back from the lender: the lender already has a copy, exactly as if you'd emailed it. If you need a submission withdrawn, that is a conversation with the lender.
Test and practice businesses
Practice deals are fine and encouraged. If a test business is bothering you, ask us to remove it rather than trying to hide it.
Worth knowing for next time: the cleanest practice run is a real deal you already have documents for, since real submissions go to real lender systems.
Closing your account
There is no subscription to cancel. The platform is free for brokers today, so an account you stop using does not cost you anything and you can simply leave it.
Closing your account kills the login. Deleting the data behind it is a separate request. We do it by request rather than automatically because a full deletion is intensive and we would rather do it properly than half do it. It is not that we want to hold on to your data. Email contact@levr.ai and say what you want closed and whether you want the data removed with it. If you want a copy of your client information and deal history first, ask us in the same message.
