Getting started has two parts: setting the platform up, and building your pipeline. Here is what each looks like, and where the honest uncertainty sits.

I'm currently using a brokerage that takes a commission split. Should I switch?
That is a decision only you can make. What we can tell you is what the platform costs: nothing. It is free for brokers today, and we do not take a cut of your commission. If your current brokerage takes a share of every commission, that share is what you keep here. Run your own numbers against your own splits rather than ours.
How long does it take to ramp up?
Give it a real runway. Learning a new platform and building a pipeline both take longer than most people expect, and brokers who stop after a few weeks rarely see the pipeline build. There is no fixed timeline we can promise you, because it depends on your network and how much time you put in.
What should I be doing during the ramp up period?
Early on, focus on setup: learn the platform and get your profile, branding, and application intake configured. Use the onboarding sessions and tutorials to get comfortable.
From there, the work is pipeline: talk to your network, share your referral links, and get your first applications into the system. Once applications are moving you can run matchmaking and start submitting. The activity to keep up is consistent: new conversations in, applications created, submissions going out.
What does a realistic first year look like for a new broker?
Every broker's first year is different, and we are not going to put a month-by-month schedule on yours. In general the early months go on learning the platform, building a pipeline and getting the first applications in, and the later months on working those deals through to funding while your referral network starts producing.
How fast that happens depends on your network, your market and the hours you put in. If you want to talk through what is realistic for your book specifically, email contact@levr.ai and we will set up a call.
Can I do this part time or does it need to be full time?
Many brokers start part time while they build their pipeline and learn the industry. That is completely fine. The platform is there when you need it and you work at your own pace. The more time you put in, the faster it tends to build, but there is no requirement to be full time.
