A multi-portal setup is for brokers who have other semi-independent brokers working under them, where each broker needs their own portal rather than just a seat on yours. Every sub-portal sits under your account and stays under your control, with deals attributed to the broker who sourced them. If you are working solo or with a small in-house team, you do not need it: adding team members to your own portal is free and much simpler.
