Can a lender contact my client directly, and do they need my permission first?

You stay the point of contact by default, and lenders you submit to will be working with you as the broker, with conversations running through you inside the deal room. Some lenders may want to speak with the business owner as part of their own underwriting. If that comes up, ask the lender to go through you so you stay in the loop. Levr protects client data with 256-bit encryption and is SOC 2 compliant. If a lender ever contacts your client directly without coming through you, email contact@levr.ai with the lender name and the deal so the team can look into it.
