My deal creation skipped the Matchmaking step and jumped straight to Recipients. What should I do?

Deal creation should run in this order: Business, then Matchmaking, then Recipients, then Review, then Deal Setup. If Matchmaking is skipped you will land on Recipients with nothing filled in, which is a dead end because there is no matching data to work from. Refresh the page and start the deal again from your Businesses list rather than trying to continue the broken one, since a stale session is the most common cause. If Matchmaking is still being skipped after that, email contact@levr.ai with your account email and the business name so we can get engineering onto it, and use a different business in the meantime.
