A funding request runs in this order: Project, then Matchmaking, then Matches, then Review deal setup. If Matchmaking is skipped you land on Matches with no lenders, because there are no criteria to match against. Refresh the page and start the funding request again from Create deal, or open the project and fill in the Criteria tab, then return to Matches. A stale session is the most common cause. If Matchmaking is still skipped after that, email contact@levr.ai with your account email and the business name so we can get engineering onto it.
