Can I use the platform to raise equity investment for a business instead of a loan?

Not today. The platform is a commercial lending marketplace: the lenders in the network make loans and get repaid, so there is no equity investment or investor matching built in. If your client is raising capital by selling equity rather than borrowing, this is not the right tool for that part of their plan. If they also need debt financing alongside the raise, that side we can help with, so it is worth running the deal through matchmaking.
