I signed in and landed on a screen with no left-hand menu. How do I get into my portal?

That usually means you have landed in your management group settings rather than inside the portal itself, which happens when you arrive from an old bookmark or a search result instead of the portal URL. Look for Portals in the left sidebar, click it, then click Open Portal and choose your portal. That drops you into the full broker view with Home, Businesses, Deals, and Lenders in the sidebar. Bookmark that page once you are in and you will land in the right place every time.
