Your lender contact is the rep who joins the conversation in the portal messages after you submit a deal. Open the messaging thread on that deal and you will see who it is with.
If someone else from that lender contacts you or goes directly to your client, reply through the portal thread, or ask that rep to confirm who they are. If you would like help confirming, email contact@levr.ai with the person's name and what was said, and the team can help.
