What does the Receive Deals from Partner Broker channel do?

It is for when another broker wants to pass you deals rather than send you clients. Brokers who send you deals are set up as a partner lead source, which also lets you see which deals came from which partner. Once you have a deal from a partner, you can create the deal and run matchmaking as normal.
