2. Choose the right update route

3. Include enough context

Official registrations and public records
Registrations and certifications are updated from the registry or certifier. Public records are shown as the source shows them; if the source changes, the entry can be updated from that source. An owner edit or chat request does not override an official record.
Removal or personal contact details
For removal, follow the Corrections page instructions: write from an address at the firm’s domain and include the register number. The team reviews the request; asking in chat does not remove an entry automatically. If an entry shows a personal email or mobile number, report the profile URL and the field that needs review. A mortgage-only firm should request removal because the register covers business loan brokers.
