Why Was I Charged for an Order That Didn’t Go Through?

Updated this week

The charge you’re seeing is a temporary authorization hold placed by your bank.

This happens when a payment attempt is made but the order doesn’t fully complete.
No funds were taken, and the hold will automatically be released back to your account within a few business days.

To help prevent this in the future, please double-check that your billing address matches the one on file with your bank.
