If your package shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please try the following:
Check with your neighbors in case it was delivered to the wrong address.
Ask household members, building staff, or coworkers who may have picked up the package for you.
Allow 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before they actually arrive.
If your order has multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.
