It is important to review the import report data and determine if it is actually useful data that needs to be fixed, or if it is bad data that is not needed. A required field not having data (meaning in ITG’s schema a field is marked required but for an actual record coming from ITG the field is empty)
A missing reference (like a configuration that doesn’t have an org reference)
Attachments not having a permitted file extension
Attachment file missing, improperly formatted, too large, etc.
