TL;DR: Groups let you control which organizations and asset types your team members can access.
Groups
Groups allow you to define access scopes for sets of users — controlling which client organizations and asset types they can see. You can find groups under Settings > Groups.
The groups list is sorted newest first. Click the accordion on any group to view its details inline. Use the pencil icon to edit a group.
Creating a Group
Go to Platform > Groups > +New Group
Enter a name
Add a description (optional)
Set Org scopes (define which organizations this group is allowed or denied access to)
Set Asset-type deny scopes (restrict which asset types members of this group can see)
Add users (assign team members to the group)
Click Save (all changes take effect on save and the view returns to the group list)
Editing a Group
Click the pencil icon on any group to open the edit view.
Update the name or description as needed.
Add or remove Org and Asset-type scopes.
Add or remove users.
Click Save — changes take effect immediately and the view returns to the group list. Click Cancel to discard changes.
To remove a group entirely, use the Delete option within the edit view. You'll be asked to confirm before deletion.
