    • Go to the Profile section and open the Support Center.

    • Here, you can:

      • Access help-center articles.

      • Chat with our AI Agent.

      • If you need more help, click the 'Talk to a Person' button within the chat to connect with Customer Support.

  2. Using the Website

    • Log in at app.leyaai.com/login.

    • Use the Customer Support Button feature to start chatting with our AI Agent.

    • If you need further assistance, click the 'Talk to a Person' button in the chat to connect with Customer Support.

  3. Email Support

    • You can also write to us at help@leyaai.com with your queries.

    • Please provide as much information as possible to help us understand your issue and assist you better.

  4. Customer Support Availability

    • Our support team is available Monday to Friday, from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM EEST (Eastern European Time).

    • Support is provided in English only.

    • You can check the conversation history in live Messenger by clicking on the messenger tab, and on the Help tab, you will get all the articles.

    • You can search for help center articles from the "Search for help" option by typing what you are looking for.
