Managing Your Leya AI iOS Account: Login, Password Help, and More

This article describe how to access your account, reset your password and create the account.

  1. Login page: Make sure to use the correct email address to log in to your Leya iOS App account. This should be the same email address you used when you registered or made a purchase.

  2. Forgot password: If you're having trouble logging in because you can't remember your password, don't worry! You can easily reset it. Here's what you need to do:
    ​

    1. Reset Your Password: Go to the password reset page and enter the email address you used to create your Leya AI account.

    2. Check Your Email: After you enter your email address, we'll send you a link to create a new password. Make sure to check all your inboxes, including your spam or junk folder, as the email might end up there.
      ​

    Note: Ensure you are using the same email address you used when you registered or made a purchase with Leya AI. If you use the correct email, you will receive the password reset email.

  3. Account creation/ Registration: To create an account on the Leya AI iOS app, follow these steps:
    ​

    1. Open the app and select "Create Account" or "Sign Up."

    2. Enter your email address and create a password.
      ​

    Note: Make sure to use the correct email address and double-check the spelling, including any special characters.
