If you’re having trouble creating or signing in to your Libraro account, don’t worry this guide will help you get back in quickly.
Check Your Details
Before anything else, make sure:
You’re using the correct email address (the one you signed up with).
There are no spelling mistakes in your email or password.
You haven’t accidentally left Caps Lock on.
It’s a small thing, but it happens to the best of us.
Check Your Connection
To support platform integrity, prevent automated submissions, and ensure accurate author attribution, Libraro limits account creation to registrations from standard residential or institutional networks.
The following are not supported for registration:
VPN or proxy services
Cloud-hosted or virtualised networks
Temporary or disposable email services
If you’re using any of the above, please disable your VPN, connect via a direct internet connection, and try again using a permanent email address.
For security reasons, sign-ups from certain email domains are also restricted.
Use a Permanent Email Address
To verify your account and protect your submissions, make sure to use a permanent, valid email address.
Temporary or disposable emails often block verification links or prevent delivery altogether.
If you haven’t received your verification email:
Check your spam, junk, or trash folders.
Make sure you entered your email address correctly.
Try resending the verification link from the sign-up page.
Resetting Your Password
If you already have an account but can’t sign in, try resetting your password:
Click “Forgot Password?” on the login screen.
You’ll receive an email with a link to create a new password.
Check your junk or spam folder if the email doesn’t appear in your inbox.
