Because quality is our top priority, it can take several months or more to prepare a new product for launch. Here's why:
Raw materials must first be sourced and thoroughly tested.
Research and development is required to fine-tune the filling, freeze-drying, and final production process. This step alone takes about 4 to 6 weeks and is essential to ensure product stability, consistency, sterility, and freedom from contaminants.
Once development is complete, the production batch is made. This typically takes 10 to 14 days.
The finished product is then sent to an independent analytical lab for full testing, which usually takes 15 to 20 days. If a product fails any stage, the entire batch is discarded and the process starts from the beginning.
Our raw materials come from FDA-registered manufacturers of active pharmaceutical ingredients, as well as trusted labs that meet or follow GMP standards. Regardless of the source, every product we offer must meet the same strict quality requirements.
