Welcome to our Help Center! We want to ensure you have a clear understanding of how and when we bill our customers. Our billing process is designed to be straightforward and transparent. Here’s a detailed explanation:

Billing Interval

  1. First Billing: Your first billing is calculated based on the date you sign up. We prorate the cost according to the number of days remaining in the month. This means you only pay for the portion of the month that you actually use our services.

    • Example: If you sign up on the 10th of the month, you'll be billed for the period from the 10th to the end of the month. The amount will be a fraction of the monthly subscription fee, proportional to the number of days you will be using the service in that month.

  2. Subsequent Billings: After the initial prorated billing, you will be billed at the end of each month. This ensures that your billing cycle aligns with a regular monthly schedule, making it easier for you to manage your finances and keep track of your expenses.

How It Works

  • Sign-Up Date: The day you sign up is crucial as it determines your initial prorated billing amount.

  • Prorated Billing Calculation: We calculate the cost based on the number of days left in the month from your sign-up date.

  • Monthly Billing: At the end of each month, we bill you for the next month's subscription.

Example Scenario

Let’s illustrate this with a practical example:

  • Sign-Up Date: May 10th

  • Monthly Subscription Fee: $30

  • Days in May: 31

  • Days Remaining in May: 22 (from May 10th to May 31st)

So, for May, you will be billed $21.29.

On May 31st, you will be billed the full $30 for the month of June, and this will continue at the end of each month.
