Your goals are the number of drinks you plan on consuming for each week. They can be as strict or as general as you need them to be for the week (starting on Mondays).

Setting Goals
Each week the first time you open the app or log into the LifeBac Portal we'll ask you to set your goals for the upcoming days in a pop up.
Enter your goal number of drinks for each day by typing in the number in the Portal, or tapping the + and - buttons in the app. Click 'Save' to save your week's goals, or click 'Cancel' to complete this step later. Currently you can only set goals for future days.

And as the week goes, you can start to track the actual number of drinks you've had over time. You can track it either in the Drinks Tab in the Mobile App or the results page in the Web Portal.
Viewing Results
The results page in the LifeBac Portal shows you your drink count next to your goal so you can see which days you met your goals.
To see your results, select 'Results' in the menu (1). You can adjust the dates by clicking the calendar a the top of the page (2).
At this time the app does not have a results page as it's currently in development.
