As always, your privacy is our top priority. LifeBac consults take place using a secure tele-medicine consultation service called IntakeQ, which is HIPAA-compliant.

You access this video conference using a link we send you via email.

To complete your consultation, you'll need to do 3 things:

1. Have a mobile phone—or a computer with a microphone and speakers/headphones to use. Check beforehand to make sure everything is working.

2. 5 minutes before your appointment, click the link in your email to join.

Please note: our providers see patients every 10 minutes—if you are late or miss your appointment, it may take up to 7 days before we can get you rescheduled.

3. Type in your name, and your doctor will join you in the virtual waiting room at your scheduled visit time.
