As part of the LifeBac Program, we require clients to complete a Progress Report. Progress Reports are an incredibly important part of your LifeBac journey. First, the LifeBac team monitors them for your rate of titration (increase) and any side effects you might be experiencing. Second, they are a good indicator of when you have reached your Effective Dose (indifference to alcohol). Finally, they are needed so we can complete your refills. If we don't have a current Progress Report, we cannot calculate your refill and you could have an interruption in your service. While you are increasing to your therapeutic dose, you will complete the reports every 4 days but once you hit your Effective Dose, you will only need to complete them every 10 days.

When there is an LPR to be completed and you open the web portal. This LPR will pop-up on the screen so you can complete it immediately. See below an example of this.

To complete it, simply click the START button, or if you prefer to complete it at a later time, you can click the SKIP FOR NOW button.

Completing after a Skip

Once you skip a Progress Report, you will need to wait until the next day when we will prompt you again, or use the Mobile App to complete it.

Reminders

We will remind you to complete your LPR via a Push Notification on your mobile app at 12pm PST if you have any outstanding LPRs.
